摘要
采用动物造模与分组饲料喂养,喂养8周,测定各组大鼠的体重、体脂、血糖、血脂、胰岛素、胰高血糖素和瘦素含量的方法,研究不同蛋白质摄入量对低能量摄入状态下的超重SD雌性大鼠的血糖、血脂及相关激素的影响。结果表明:能量限制能够改善超重雌鼠的体重、体脂、血糖、血脂及瘦素含量;在能量限制一致的情况下,高蛋白摄入能提高超重雌鼠的血胆固醇和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,促进胰岛素、胰高血糖素的分泌,而对体重、体脂及瘦素含量无影响。
By using animal modeling and group feeding and measuring the weight,body fat,blood glucose,blood lipid,insulin,glucagon and related hormones content of rats in each group for 8 week,the effects of protein intake on blood glucose,lipids and leptin in overweight SD female rats with low energy ingestion were investigated.The results showed that the energy restriction could improve the body weight,body fat,blood glucose,blood lipids and leptin content.Under the same energy limit,higher protein intake could improve blood cholesterol and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol content,and promote the secretion of insulin and glucagon,with no effect on body weight,body fat and leptin content.
