摘要
超重、肥胖是很多慢性非传染性疾病的主要危险因素,其带来的健康影响日益引起人们的重视。近年来生酮饮食减肥的研究成为热点,但由于对生酮饮食的认识还有较多误区,导致生酮饮食的方案设计在能量供给及能量物质配比、食物和营养补充剂的选择、酮体的监测、生酮饮食持续的时间等方面存在明显的不规范,从而影响减肥效果。建议生酮饮食设计应明确生酮定义、对象、每日最佳能量供给量及三大营养物质供能比,同时加大对生酮饮食减肥长期效果及不良反应的研究,为制订我国生酮饮食减肥指南奠定基础。
Overweight and obesity are the main risk factors for many chronic non-communicable diseases,and their health effects have attracted increasing attention.In recent years,research on ketogenic diet for weight loss has become a hot topic.However,there are still many misunderstandings about ketogenic diet,which cause the obvious irregularities in the design of energy supply and energy substance ratio,food and nutritional supplement selection,ketogenic body monitoring,and the duration of ketogenic diets,further affecting the effect of weight loss.It is suggested that the ketogenic diet design should specify the definition of ketogenic diet,target consumer,the optimal daily energy supply,the ratio of the three macronutrient,and strengthen the research on long-term and adverse effects of ketogenic diets.
