摘要
目的探讨单病种护理质量标准对老年冠心病患者治疗依从性、自我管理能力的影响。方法随机选择2016年7月至2018年11月收治的222例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间将其分为对照组(2016年7月至2017年7月)和观察组(2017年8月至2018年11月),各111例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上建立单病种护理质量标准。比较两组患者的治疗依从性、自我管理能力及护理满意度。结果观察组的遵医治疗、康复锻炼、按时用药、定期复查及饮食指导依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后3个月,观察组的药物管理、体重控制、压力释放、动机情况及不良事件预防评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理方法、护理内容、护理形式、服务态度及整体满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单病种护理质量标准应用于老年冠心病患者中,能提高患者治疗依从性及自我管理能力,获得较高的护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of single disease nursing quality standard on treatment compliance and self-management ability of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 222 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated from July 2016 to November 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(July 2016 to July 2017)and observation group(August 2017 to November 2018)according to the admission time,with 111 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group established the single disease nursing quality standard on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance,self-management ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance of medical treatment,rehabilitation exercise,medication on time,regular reexamination and dietary guidance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after intervention,the scores of drug management,weight control,pressure release,motivation and adverse event prevention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing methods,nursing contents,nursing forms,service attitude and overall satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The single disease nursing quality standard applied in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,can improve treatment compliance and self-management ability,and obtain high nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
