摘要
陈华德教授认为小儿脑瘫多与肝肾脾胃等脏腑功能失调有关,先天禀赋不足,后天气血精气失养,他强调在治疗上应从调理阳脉之海--督脉功能入手,督脉经气的充盈与否直接关系到大脑功能活动的正常,因此常选取督脉的神庭、百会、命门、腰阳关等穴。患儿为稚阴稚阳之体,皮肤脏腑娇弱,在治疗上运用多针浅刺的手法,结合头皮针长留针法及穴位注射,取得了满意的疗效。附典型案例1则,以资验证。
Professor CHEN Huade holds that children with cerebral palsy is mostly related to dysfunction of zang-fu organs,namely liver,kidney,spleen and stomach etc.,along with natural endowment defect and lost nourishment of acquired qi,blood and essence.He emphasizes that the treatment should start from regulating sea of yang meridians--the function of governor vessel,whether meridian qi thereof is abundant or not directly relates to the normal brain function,so he often chooses the acupoints on governor vessel,namely Shenting(GV 24),Baihui(GV 20), Mingmen(GV 4) and Yaoyangguan(GV 3) etc.The children patients are of extreme yin and extreme yang,their skin as well as zang and fu organs are delicate,so the treatment uses the manipulation of multiple superficial needling combined with scalp acupuncture long needle retaining method and acupoint injection,which has obtained satisfactory curative effects.One typical case is attached for verification.
