摘要
分析了120篇文献中针灸治疗小儿脑性瘫痪(CP)的配穴规律,包括频数分析和聚类分析。结果发现,在频数分析中最常用的3个穴位分别是曲池、足三里、合谷,可认为现代针刺治疗CP是以此3个穴位为主穴。且对针灸治疗CP指出了不足,提出了建议。
The paper analyzed the regularity of coordination of acupoints to treat child cerebral palsy with acupuncture in 120 literatures, referring to frequency analysis and cluster analysis. The result discouvered the common 3 points in frequency analysis were Qichi, Zusanli, Hegu respectively, this three points considered to be the main point modem cerebral palsy treating. The paper proposed also some advice aimmed to treating shorts.
