摘要
膀胱经"入络脑"的本质可以从四方面进行阐述:第一,从经脉循行上,膀胱经上连风府,入络脑;第二,膀胱经为诸阳主气,督脉为阳脉之海,两经之气相互支持、相互渗灌,而督脉与脑关系密切,膀胱经可通过督脉"入络脑";第三,脑的基本生理功能分属于五脏,五脏六腑之背俞穴也在膀胱经上,膀胱经可通过五脏六腑"入络脑";第四,人的情志活动分属于五脏,与五脏所对应的情志活动在膀胱经背部第二条侧线上有对应的五志穴,膀胱经可通过情志活动"入络脑"。在中医脑病的针刺治疗过程中,选用背俞穴、五志穴、膀胱经头部腧穴治疗,通过调节五脏、调畅情志,发挥穴位局部治疗与整体调节相结合的作用,为中医临床治疗脑病提供思路。
The essence of the "running into brain into the" of bladder meridian can be explained from four aspects: first,from the meridian circulation,the bladder meridian connects with Fengfu and enters brain;second,the bladder meridian governs the Qiof all the Yang meridians,and the Du meridian is a sea of Yang veins. The Qi of the two meridians support each other and infiltrate each other,and the Du meridian is closely related to the brain. The bladder meridian can "enter into the brain" through the Du meridian. The back acupoints of the Five Zang and Six Fu are also on the bladder meridian,which can "enter into brain" through them.Fourth,the emotional activities of humans belong to the internal organs. There are corresponding Wuzhi points on the lateral lines and the bladder meridian can "enter into the brain" through emotional activities. In course of acupuncture treatment of TCM encephalopathy,back Shu acupoints,Wuzhi points,and bladder acupoints can be selected for treatment. By regulating Five Zang function and regulating emotions,the combination of local acupuncture treatment and overall adjustment was used for clinical treatment of TCM Encephalopathy provides ideas.
