摘要
太极柔力球作为一项具有民族特色的群众体育项目,其强身健体的效果研究较少,心血管自主神经的调节功能的活动影响尚不明确。目的:探究一次性柔力球运动中对自主神经的变化,为柔力球爱好者建立科学训练方案提供参考。方法:通过对北京体育大学柔力球代表队的10名高水平太极运动员进行心率变异性数据采集。探讨太极柔力球对机体自主神经系统的调节活性反应。结果:太极柔力球对心率和HRV有非常显著性的影响。准备活动使得RMSSD、LF(nu)和HF(nu)较安静时有显著差异性(P<0.05)。难度部分使得LF/HF较安静时有显著差异性(P<0.05)。组合部分使得RMSSD和LF较安静时有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:一次性的柔力球训练使自主神经系统活性发生显著改变。不同部分的训练内容能够促进交感和副交感神经交替兴奋与抑制,提高自主神经系统活性和整体平衡,改善心血管系统机能。
As a mass sports project with national characteristics,Taiji Rouli Ball has not been studied for the effects of physical fitness,and the influence of the cardiovascular autonomic nerve's regulating function is not clear.Objective:To explore the changes of autonomic nerves in one-time Rouli Ball,and provide a reference for Rouli Ball lovers to establish a scientific training program.Methods:The data of heart rate variability were collected from 10 high-level Taiji athletes of the Beijing University of Sport Rouli Ball team.To investigate the regulatory response of Taiji soft ball to the body's autonomic nervous system.Results:Taiji Rouli Ball has a very significant effect on heart rate and HRV.Preparatory activities made significant differences between RMSSD,LF(nu)and HF(nu)when they were quieter(P<0.05).The difficulty part makes LF/HF significantly different when it is quieter(P<0.05).The combination part makes the RMSSD and LF significantly different when they are quieter(P<0.05).Conclusion:One-time Rouli Ball training significantly changes the activity of the autonomic nervous system.The training content in different parts can promote the alternate excitation and inhibition of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves,improve the activity and overall balance of the autonomic nervous system,and improve the function of the cardiovascular system.
