摘要
由于处理生物不可降解聚酯给环境带来了严重的环保问题,生物可降解聚酯(BP),特别是聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)引起了持续广泛的关注。然而,高昂的生产成本和低的热机械性能限制了这一类可持续材料的应用。目前已经报道了通过加入不同组分的单体物质和选择性地加入一些天然填料,可以得到基于PBAT的生物塑料,其性能可以匹配甚至远超现在商业广泛使用的塑料。探究了近年来PBAT的应用及其生物降解作用,对使用天然填料和其对PBAT聚酯的性能影响也进行了简述。
Since the treatment of biodegradable polyester has brought serious environmental problems to the environment,the biodegradable polyester(BP),especially poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT),has attracted wide attention.However,high production cost and low thermomechanical properties restrict the use of this sustainable material.The addition of different compositions of monomers and selective addition of natural fillers have been reported as alternatives to develop more accessible PBAT-based bioplastics with performance that could match or even exceed that of the most widely used commodity plastics.This review explores the recent progress of the applications and biodegradation of PBAT.The application and biodegradation of PBAT in recent years are studied,and the use of natural fillers and their effects on the properties of PBAT-based composities are also briefly described.
