摘要
通过热致相分离法(TIPS)制备了聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)多孔膜,研究了该多孔膜在酸性、碱性、中性条件下以及土壤提取液中的降解性能。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察多孔膜及降解不同时间后的表面形貌;利用红外光谱(FTIR)确认其在不同溶液的降解过程中化学键的断裂情况;采用质量亏损法表征膜材料的降解,考察了PBC多孔膜在碱性、酸性及中性等不同降解环境下的降解速率,以及不同降解时间对降解膜性能的影响。结果表明:PBC多孔膜在0.5 mol/L的碱性溶液中降解性能最佳,降解60天后其质量损失率可达95%。
The poly(butylene carbonate)(PBC) porous membranes were prepared by thermally induced phase separation(TIPS) method,and the degradation performance of the porous membrane in acidic,alkaline and neutral conditions was studied.The surface morphology of the porous film was observed by Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and its degradation time,and the fracture of the chemical bond was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The degradation of membrane material was characterized by mass loss method,and the degradation rate of PBC porous film in alkaline,acidic and neutral environment was investigated.The results show that the PBC porous membrane degradation property in an alkaline solution of 0.5 mol/L is the best,the mass loss rate can reach about 95% after degradation of 60 days.
