摘要
采用双螺杆挤出工艺制备PBAT(聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)/碳酸钙复合材料,制备不同细度、不同含量的碳酸钙改性PBAT的复合材料,并将复合材料制备成薄膜和标准样条。用显微镜和扫描电镜观察碳酸钙在PBAT树脂中的分散情况以及两种材料的相容性,标准样条用于测试材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等力学指标,用差示扫描量热仪测试不同添加量的碳酸钙对PBAT材料的熔融温度及结晶温度的影响,以此来探讨不同细度碳酸钙对PBAT的性能影响,研究超细碳酸钙不同添加量在PBAT树脂中的不同改性作用。
The PBAT/calcium carbonate composites were prepared by twin-screw extrusion process,and the PBAT composites with different fineness and content of calcium carbonate were prepared,and the composites were prepared into thin films and standard splines.The dispersion of calcium carbonate in PBAT resin and the compatibility of the two materials were observed by microscope and scanning electron microscope.The standard spline was used to test the mechanical indexes of the material such as tensile strength and elongation at break,and the influence of different amounts of calcium carbonate on the melting temperature and crystallization temperature of PBAT material was tested by differential scanning calorimeter.In this paper,the influence of different fineness of calcium carbonate on the performance of PBAT is discussed,and the different modification effects of different addition amount of superfine calcium carbonate in PBAT resin are studied.
