摘要
目的探讨分析助产士责任制联合无痛分娩对产妇分娩方式及胎儿的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2018年10月收治于我院产科待产的产妇共100例作为研究对象,根据随机数字法,分为对照组与观察组。其中对照组50例,采用传统护理模式联合无痛分娩方式;观察组50例,采用助产士责任制联合无痛分娩方式。统计分析两组产妇分娩方式,平均产程及分娩结局,并对所的数据进行回顾性分析。结果观察组产妇顺产率为86%(43/50),阴道助产5例,剖宫产2例,平均产程(476.23±123.31)min,胎儿窘迫率2%(1/50),无新生儿窒息发生;对照组产妇顺产率为70%(35/50),阴道助产6例,剖宫产9例,平均产程(526.45±115.35)min,胎儿窘迫率8%(4/50),新生儿窒息率为4%(2/50)。两组数据之间具有显著性差异并具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助产士责任制联合无痛分娩对产妇具有显著的临床效果,能够显著降低剖宫产率,降低分娩时间,改善胎儿的分娩结局,提升分娩质量,值得在临床上进一步推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of the midwife-responsibility system combined with painless delivery on maternal delivery mode and fetus.Methods A total of 100 cases of expectant mothers admitted to the obstetrics department of our hospital from February 2016 to October 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number method,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group of 50 cases,using traditional nursing mode combined with painless delivery;Observation group of 50 cases,using the midwife responsibility system combined with painless delivery.Statistical analysis of the two groups of maternal delivery mode,the average labor process and delivery outcome,and the data were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the observation group,the natural birth rate was 86%(43/50),vaginal delivery in 5 cases and cesarean section in 2 cases.The average labor duration was(476.23±123.31)min,and the fetal distress rate was 2%(1/50).No neonatal asphyxia occurred.In the control group,the natural rate was 70%(35/50),6 cases of vaginal midwifery and 9 cases of cesarean section,with an average labor duration of(526.45±115.35)min,fetal distress rate of 8%(4/50)and neonatal asphyxia rate of 4%(2/50).There were signifi cant differences and statistical signifi cance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The doula responsibility system combined with painless delivery has signifi cant clinical effects on puerpera,which can signifi cantly reduce the cesarean section rate,reduce the delivery time,improve the outcome of fetal delivery,and improve the quality of delivery,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
