摘要
目的探讨助产士全程导乐陪伴护理在无痛分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年10月邹城市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心行无痛分娩的100例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组予以常规产科护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以助产士全程导乐陪伴护理。比较两组心理状况、分娩方式及母婴结局。结果护理后,两组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产后出血及新生儿窒息发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩产妇采用助产士全程导乐陪伴护理,能够有效改善产妇的心理状况,提高自然分娩率,减少不良母婴结局的发生,值得临床借鉴及推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of midwife’s whole-process Doula accompanying nursing in parturients with painless labor.Methods A total of 100 parturients with painless labor in Zoucheng Maternity and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from February 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine obstetric nursing,and the observation group was given midwife’s whole-process Doula accompanying nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological status,delivery mode and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of natural childbirth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of midwife’s whole-process Doula accompanying nursing in parturients with painless labor can effectively improve the psychological status of the parturients,increase the rate of natural delivery and reduce the occurrence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
