摘要
英国当代作家马丁·艾米斯的小说《时间箭》采用非自然叙事的手法对纳粹大屠杀历史进行了陌生化描写和辛辣讽刺,成功再现了纳粹对犹太人屠杀的过程和场景。小说中的非自然叙事特征,即非自然的叙述者、非自然的时间和非自然的事件,不仅颠覆了读者原有的阅读经验,而且促使其重新认知纳粹横行时期的"平庸之恶",并对战争、救赎等一系列问题进行深刻反思。
The modern British writer Martin Amis defamiliarizes and satirizes the history of the Holocaust by using unnatural narratology in Time’s Arrow,which vividly shows the process and scene of the Nazi slaughters of the Jews.The unnatural characteristics of the unnatural narrator,unnatural time and unnatural event in the novel not only change readers’original perception of the Holocaust history,but also strengthen readers’cognition of the banality of evil displayed in it,and then cause readers to rethink about a series of issues such as war and redemption.
