摘要 预应力桥梁孔道灌浆施工质量对结构耐久性和安全性影响重大,预应力孔道压浆应重视事前和事中控制,并应检测压浆密实度情况。本文以某高速公路3×40 m先简支后连续预应力混凝土T梁为工程背景,对施工过程中T梁压浆密实度进行了抽检。检测结果表明,各管道预应力孔道注浆均基本密实,预应力管道压浆控制良好。 The quality of the prestressed bridge grouting construction has a significant impact on the durability and safety of the structure.The prestressed grouting of the channel should pay attention to the control before and during the event,and the density of the grouting should be tested.Taking a 3×40 m pre-stressed concrete pre-stressed concrete T-beam on a highway as the engineering background,a random inspection of the T-beam grouting density during the construction process was conducted in this paper.The test results showed that the grouting of the prestressed channels of each pipeline was basically dense,and the grouting control of the prestressed pipeline was good.
