摘要
基于低频应力波的冲击回波法对桥梁预应力孔道注浆密实状况进行检测,是近年来新兴的研究方向。对在役桥梁的检测,以往仅能对预应力孔道施加侧面敲击来进行,且无法确定缺陷的有无及位置,现采用ANSYS/LSDYNA软件建立半圆柱体缺陷的模型进行模拟冲击,通过模拟实际检测情况下对模型侧面进行敲击,对非对称结构模型的响应结果进行系统分析,较为准确地判断出混凝土板中空洞缺陷的有无及其埋深,对冲击回波法检测混凝土板的实验操作和工程应用具有一定指导意义。
The impact echo method based on low-frequency stress wave is a new research direction for the detection of uncompacted grouting in prestressed tunnels of bridge.For in-service bridge inspection,it is often only possible to apply side taps to the prestressed tunnel,and the presence and location of defects are unknown,this paper uses ANSYS/LSDYNA software to build a model of semi-cylindrical defect to simulate the impact,tap the side of the model by simulating the settings under the actual detection situation,analysis the response results of the asymmetric structure model,which provides guiding significance for the actual test operation and engineering application of the impact echo method to detect the concrete echo plate.
