Objective:To analyze the curative effect of Butyl phthalide injection for the elderly pa-tients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and its effect on cerebral blood flow dynamics and cerebro-vascular reserve capacity. Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,48 patients with ACI were re-cruited as the subjects.According to different medication methods,The selected 48 cases were divided into the routine group(20 cases with ozagrel sodium+aspirin)and the experimental group(28 cases combined with butylphthalide injection in addition to routine treatment).14 days after treatment, the therapeutic effect, hemodynamics and cerebral vascular reserve ability of the two groups were ob-served.Results:The curative effect of the experimental group was satisfied and superior to that of the routine group;and the difference was statistically significant(P<<0.05).The whole blood viscosity, the plasma viscosity, the fibrinogen and the hematocrit index in the experimental group were signifi-cantly superior to those in the routine group. The function of the cerebrovascular reserve and the pul-sation index in the experimental group were significantly superior to those of the conventional group. Conclusion:The effect of butylphthalide injection for elderly patients with ACI and its effect on cere-bral hemodynamics and cerebrovascular reserve capacity is significant, worth popularizing.
