严寒地区公共建筑被动技术设计参数节能率及敏感性研究 被引量:6

Study on energy-saving rate and sensitivity of passive technical design parameters of public buildings in a severely cold area

摘要 为了降低严寒地区的建筑能耗,基于严寒地区典型公共建筑仿真模型,深入分析被动技术设计参数(外墙、屋面、外窗传热系数及外窗气密性)取值方案的节能率及其节能敏感性。结果表明,外窗的传热系数及气密性对建筑能耗具有较高的节能率及敏感性,对于严寒地区公共建筑,为达到较高节能率及节能敏感性,外窗、外墙、屋面的传热系数建议取值范围分别为1.30~2.60、0.3~0.5、<0.45 W/(m^2·K),外窗气密性建议取值范围为6~7级。 In order to effectively reduce the energy consumption of buildings in severely cold areas,one simulation models of the public building project that located in severely cold area were established.Based on this,this study proposed the passive technical parameters(heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall,roof,exterior window and air tightness of exterior window)and investigated the energy-saving rate and sensitivity of the four parameters.Results indicated that the energy-saving rate and sensitivity of the public building could be effectively changed by exterior window heat transfer coefficient and exterior window air tightness.As to public buildings in severely cold areas,to reach higher energy-saving rate and sensitivity,the heat transfer coefficient of the exterior window,exterior wall and roof are respectively recommended as follows:1.30~2.60 W/(m^2·K),0.3~0.5 W/(m^2·K)and less than 0.45 W/(m^2·K).The recommended air tightness range of the exterior window is level 6~7.
