严寒地区超高层建筑“烟囱效应”的应对措施 被引量:2

摘要 随着经济发展的进步和社会土地资源的稀缺,城市经济发展的需要,世界各国、各地区的超高层不断涌现,超高层建筑在国内一线城市早已发展相对成熟,但在严寒地区的超高层的设计相对落后,尤其针对严寒地区超高层的烟囱效应研究相对薄弱。严寒地区建筑四季气候温差、室内外温差、垂直高度温差都远远大于其他地区建筑,为严寒地区超高层建筑设计的首要解决问题。故从超高层烟囱效应原理、影响因素及相应的应对措施进行研究,可为未来严寒地区超高层的设计带来简要参考。 With the progress of economic development and the scarcity of social land resources, the needs of urban economic development, the emergence of super high-rise buildings in various countries and regions in the world, super high-rise buildings in the domestic first-line cities have been relatively mature, but the design of super high-rise buildings in cold regions is relatively backward, especially for the super high-rise in cold regions. The stack effect research is relatively weak. The climate temperature difference, indoor and outdoor temperature difference, and vertical temperature difference of buildings in cold regions are far greater than those in other regions, which is the primary solution for the design of super high-rise buildings in cold regions. The author hopes to provide a brief reference for the design of super high-rise buildings in cold regions in the future.
