摘要
本研究主要采用实验法、专家访谈法等,对高校体育专业游泳普修课混合式教学进行实验研究,研究认为:在高校体育专业游泳普修课蛙泳和爬泳的混合式教学中,突出腿部教学是掌握游泳技术的基础和重点,将为学生学习臂和臂腿配合技术提供有利条件。建议:运用蛙泳和爬泳混合式教学设计时,应该根据教学对象的实际情况对教学内容和过程做细致的分析和科学合理的设计,在保证学生基本完全掌握每次课的练习内容和强度的前提下,达到学习效率的最大化以及理想的教学效果。
This study mainly uses the experimental method and expert interview method to carry out an experimental study on the mixed teaching of general swimming course in college sport majors.Results show that in breaststroke and crawl mixed teaching among sport majors,leg skill is the basis and key,which provide favorable conditions for students to master arm skill and arm-leg coordination skill.Suggestion:the teaching content and process should be analyzed in detail and designed scientifically based on the conditions of leaners when carrying out this mixed teaching design;maximized learn efficiency and ideal teaching effect could be realized under the condition of guaranteeing students’total master of exercise content and intensity in each class.
