摘要
交叉教育是指身体一部分技能向身体另一部分迁移,尤其是身体对称部位最易实现。本文通过对篮球强手技术向弱手的迁移效果实验,验证了交叉教育对提高篮球弱手有较好的练习效果,并将此方法进一步运用到篮球教学、训练的实践中。实践结果表明。
Cross practice is the skill that requires player to move the ball from one part of body to another, especially for the symmetry part of the body. In this paper, the author found out that cross practice could get better result for promoting the skill of the weak hand, and it is very good to apply this method into the basketball teaching and training. The result shows that it is the effect way to promote the weak hand skill.
