摘要
习近平生态文明思想立足中国发展实际,借鉴中西方优秀文化成果,站在全球发展大局角度,提出了一系列新论断、新观点、新举措,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。习近平生态文明思想的六个维度构成统一整体,目标维度是习近平生态文明思想的中心任务,传承维度是习近平生态文明思想的理念逻辑,实践维度是习近平生态文明思想的最终落脚点,系统维度是习近平生态文明思想的整体构造,制度维度是习近平生态文明思想的坚强保障,全球维度是习近平生态文明思想的全球脉络。习近平生态文明思想为我国社会主义生态文明建设指明了方向,充分体现了国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的内在要求,对我国乃至全球生态治理都具有非常重要的指导作用。
Based on the reality of China's development and the excellent cultural achievements of China and the West,Xi Jinping's Thought on ecological civilization puts forward a series of new judgments,new viewpoints and new measures from the perspective of global development,which is an important part of Xi Jinping's thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The six dimensions of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought constitute a unified whole:the goal dimension is the central task of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought;the inheritance dimension is the concept logic of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought;the practice dimension is the ultimate foothold of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought;the system dimension is the whole construction of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought;the institutional dimension is the safeguard of Xi's thought;the global dimension is the macroscopic pattern of Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization.Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization has pointed out the direction for the construction of socialist ecological civilization in China,fully embodying the inherent requirements of the modernization of the national governance system and governance ability,and playing a guiding role in the ecological governance of our country and even the world.
