摘要
目的观察外固定可调支具结合中医夹板治疗膝骨关节炎中所致的不良反应情况,为临床提供指导。方法选取2018年5月-2019年9月来上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院治疗的146例老年性膝骨关节炎患者作为观察对象,均采用外固定可调支具结合中医夹板进行治疗,并对146例老年性膝骨关节炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,研究外固定可调支具结合中医夹板治疗膝骨关节炎中所致的不良反应。结果 146例老年性膝骨关节炎患者总有效率为91.10%;患者治疗4周后WOMAC评分比治疗前明显更低(P<0.05)。146例患者中,10例患者出现不良反应,所占比例为6.85%;经对症处理5天后,10例患者不良反应症状全部消失。结论外固定可调支具结合中医夹板治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效显著,症状改善明显,但部分患者易出现不良反应,临床应结合患者的实际情况采取合理的干预措施。
OBJECTIVE To observe adjustable external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine with a splint in the treat⁃ment of knee osteoarthritis caused by adverse reactions,provide guidance for clinical.METHODS It selected in May 2018 to Septem⁃ber 2019 to target hospital 146 cases of senile patients with knee osteoarthritis as research object,146 cases of senile patients with knee osteoarthritis adopts adjustable external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine with a splint treatment,and the clini⁃cal data of 146 cases of senile patients with knee osteoarthritis were retrospectively analyzed,study of adjustable external fixation com⁃bined with traditional Chinese medicine with a splint in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis caused by adverse reactions.RESULTS 146 cases of senile patients with knee osteoarthritis the total effective rate was 91.10%;146 cases of patients four weeks after WOMAC score than before treatment significantly lower(P<0.05).Of the 146 patients,10 patients appeared adverse reactions,the pro⁃portion was 6.85%;By symptomatic treatment after 5 days,10 patients with adverse symptoms disappear.CONCLUSION Adjustable external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine with a splint in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis curative effect was dis⁃tinct,symptoms improved obviously,but some patients prone to adverse reactions,clinical should be combined with the actual situa⁃tion of patients take reasonable intervention measures.
