摘要
目的:观察缓慢捻进针法配合壮医药线点灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:106例膝关节骨性关节炎患者按照随机数字法分为治疗组、对照组,每组各53例。治疗组给予缓慢捻进针法加壮医药线点灸疗法;对照组给予普通针刺手法配合壮医药线点灸疗法。两组每周治疗3次,疗程8周。比较两组患者治疗前及疗程结束后视觉模拟疼痛评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、西安大略和曼彻斯特大学骨性关节炎指数评分(McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index,WOMAC)(包括WOMAC疼痛评分、WOMAC关节功能评分、WOMAC僵硬程度评分、WOMAC总评分),Lysholm膝关节运动功能评分及临床症状的变化,并比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后有效率为94.34%(50/53),明显高于对照组的75.47%(40/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者VAS、WOMAC疼痛评分、WOMAC关节功能评分、WOMAC总评分、治疗组WOMAC僵硬程度评分水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后Lysholm评分水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:缓慢捻进针法联合壮医药线点灸疗法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,可以减轻患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of slow twisting acupuncture therapy combined with Zhuang medicine Xian Dian moxibustion in the treatment knee osteoarthritis.Methods:106 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,53 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with slow twisting acupuncture therapy combined with Xian Dian moxibustion of Zhuang medicine,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with Xian Dian moxibustion of Zhuang medicine.The two groups were treated 3 times a week for 8 weeks.The visual analogue scale(VAS),McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)and WOMAC(including WOMAC pain score,WOMAC joint function score,WOMAC stiffness score,WOMAC total score),Lysholm knee joint movement function score and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared too.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.34%(50/53),significantly higher than 75.47%(40/53)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,VAS,WOMAC pain score,WOMAC joint function score,WOMAC total score,and WOMAC stiffness score in the treatment group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);Lysholm score in the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of knee osteoarthritis with slow twisting acupuncture therapy combined with Zhuang medicine Dian Xian moxibustion has a significant effect,which can reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
