摘要
含Ⅰ型血小板结合蛋白基序的解聚蛋白样金属蛋白酶-4(A disintegrin-like and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin type-1motifs-4,ADAMTS-4)属于ADAMTS金属蛋白酶家族中的一员,主要由巨噬细胞分泌,由无活性的酶原经过切割转化为具有活性的酶在细胞外发挥作用,ADATMS-4 mRNA表达受IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-1、IL-6、TGF-β等多种因子的调控,参与了关节炎、骨关节病、癌症、心脏病等多种疾病的发生发展过程。作为一种新型炎症因子,ADAMTS-4在动脉粥样硬化的发展中起了重要作用,对动脉粥硬化斑块的不稳定性有影响,并且其在急性心肌梗死中的表达也有变化。因此,ADAMTS-4与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病有着密切联系。文章就ADAMTS-4与冠心病的研究进展做一综述。
A disintegrin-like and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin type-1 motifs-4(ADAMTS-4)is a member of the metalloproteinase family.It is mainly composed of giant Phage secretion,which is converted from an inactive zymogen to an active enzyme that functions outside the cell.ADATMS-4 mRNA expression is affected by IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-1,IL-6.The regulation of TGF-βand other factors are involved in the occurrence and development of many diseases such as arthritis,osteoarthrosis,cancer,and heart disease.As a new inflammatory factor,ADAMTS-4 plays an important role in the development of atherosclerosis,it has an effect on the instability of atherosclerotic plaques,and its expression in acute myocardial infarction also changes.Therefore,ADAMTS-4 is closely related to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.The paper mainly reviews the research progress of ADATMs-4 and CAD.
