儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染诱导GM-CSF、IL-6和IL-8表达并影响疾病进展 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨患儿感染呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)后炎性因子表达情况及其与病情进展的关系。方法:收集因呼吸道感染且实验室诊断为呼吸道合胞病毒感染患者血清30例(研究组)和同期需外科手术治疗而无任何院内感染的且年龄与研究组匹配的患儿血清18例(对照组)。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定两组患儿血清中GM-CSF、IL-6、IL-8和IL-12的表达水平,并比较其间差异,分析研究组患儿血清中炎性因子的表达水平与疾病病程间的相关性。结果:研究组患儿血清中GM-CSF、IL-6以及IL-8的表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组间血清中IL-12的表达水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。相关性分析显示,RSV感染患儿血清中IL-8表达水平与病程呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:RSV感染可导致GM-CSF、IL-6和IL-8表达上调,且IL-8表达与RSV感染后病程呈负相关,有利于疾病的恢复。 Objective.. Exploring levels of inflammatory factors in peripheral blood of infants infected with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and investigating its relation with the progress of disease. Methods: 30 infants hospitalized due to RSV related respiratory infectious disease were enrolled as study objects, and 18 infants hospitalized due to surgical operation needed and defined as nosocomial infection were regarded as control, meanwhile age between these two groups was matched. Levels of inflammatory factors(GM-CSF, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-12) in peripheral blood of study objects and control were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for comparison. Correlation between levels of inflammatory factors above and duration of symptoms was analyzed for the study subjects. Results: The expression of GM-CSF,IL-6 and IL-8 in peripheral blood of infants infected with RSV were markedly higher than control (P〈 0. 05) ,but no significant difference was found for the expression of IL-12 in blood between two groups (P〉0. 05). In correlation analysis, the expression of IL-8 in blood of infants infected with RSV was inversely correlated with duration of symptoms (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: RSV infection could lead to the up-regulation of GM-CSF, II.-6, and IL-8, meanwhile the expression of IL-8 in peripheral blood correlated with duration of symptoms, so it might be benefit for the recovery of disease.
