摘要
目的探讨四肢创伤骨科手术中组合式外固定支架的应用价值。方法本研究选择2018年1月-2019年1月之间我院收治的100例四肢创伤骨折患者为观察对象,按照不同手术方式分为对照组(50例,交锁髓内钉固定方式治疗)和实验组(50例,合式外固定支架治疗),对比两组治疗效果、愈合时间以及疼痛情况。结果实验组总有效率为100.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组创面及骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组术后疼痛程度明显轻于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在四肢创伤骨科手术中应用组合式外固定支架效果较为理想。
Objective To investigate the application value of combined external fixator in orthopaedic surgery for limb trauma.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,100 patients with limb traumatic fracture were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group(50 cases treated with interlocking intramedullary nail)and experimental group(50 cases treated with combined external fixator)according to different surgical methods.The therapeutic effect and healing time of the two groups were compared.And pain.Results The total effective rate was 100.0%in the experimental group and 80.0%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of wound and fracture in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of pain in the experimental group was significantly lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of combined external fixator in orthopaedic surgery of limb trauma is ideal.
