摘要
目的研究创伤骨科中四肢骨折患者接受外固定架的治疗效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年1月该院创伤骨科救治的92例四肢骨折患者分为2组,分别接受内固定治疗(对照组46例)及外固定架治疗(观察组46例),对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗效果优良率(95.7%)与对照组患者(82.6%)相比明显升高(χ~2=4.039,P<0.05)。观察组患者手术持续时间(22.4±4.8)min、骨折愈合时间(21.5±4.6)周、并发症发生率(6.5%)与对照组患者相比均明显降低(t=12.777、7.907,χ~2=6.452,P<0.05)。结论外固定架治疗创伤骨科四肢骨折患者效果显著,患者手术时间更短且并发症发生率更低,值得推广。
Objective This paper tries to study the effect of external fixator for the patients with limbs fracture in the trauma department of orthopedics. Methods 92 cases of limb fractures treated in trauma department of orthopedics in this hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into 2 groups. They were treated with internal fixation（46 cases in the control group） and external fixator（46 cases in the observation group）, and the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results The good rate of treatment in the observation group（95.7%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（82.6%）（cm^2=4.039, P〈0.05）. The duration of operation（22.4 ±4.8） min, fracture healing time（21.5±4.6） weeks, and complication rate（6.5%） in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（t=12.777, 7.907, cm^2=6.452, P〈0.05）. Conclusion External fixator has significant effect in the treatment of trauma patients with limb fractures in department of orthopedics, with shorter operative time and lower incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
