摘要
目的分析外固定架和使用内固定术在治疗创伤骨科中四肢骨折患者的应用。方法选取我院创伤骨科2014年5月—2017年5月收治的67例四肢骨折患者进行分组研究,按照摸球法分为对照组(32例)和试验组(35例),对照组给予内固定术加以治疗,试验组给予外固定架加以治疗,比较两组患者的手术情况、治疗效果和术后并发症情况。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、愈合时间比较,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组优良率比较,对照组低于试验组(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率比较,对照组高于试验组(P<0.05)。结论创伤骨科中四肢骨折采用外固定架的治疗效果优于内固定术,可作为首选治疗方法积极使用。
Objective To analyze the application of external fixator and internal fixation in the treatment of patients with limb fractures in traumatic orthopedics.Methods A total of67patients with limb fractures enrolled from May2014to May2017were selected and divided into control group(32cases)and test group(35cases)according to the method of touching the ball.The control group was treated with internal fixation,and the test group was treated with external fixation.The operation,treatment and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length and healing time of the test group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the test group,the excellent rate of the control group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significan(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of limb fractures in traumatic orthopedic bone is superior to internal fixation,and can be used as the preferred treatment method to actively use.
