摘要
随着经济快速发展,我国对于高端人才需求缺口也在不断扩大,随之而来的快速培养模式下的培养质量也成为了当前的现实问题。除此之外,随着专业硕士的出现,学术型硕士如何区别培养,提高其科研能力成为了很多高校经管类院校培养的难题。通过学习美国、欧洲以及日本在经管类学术型研究生科研能力培养方面的先进经验,有助于帮助我国高校吸收其在研究生科研能力培养方面的先进理念和经验,为我国高校提升经管类学术研究生的科研能力提供启示和借鉴。
With the rapid development of our national economy,China's demand gap for top talent is expanding,and the quality of training under the rapid training model has become a current realistic problem.In addition,with the emergence of professional masters,how to differentiate the cultivation of academic masters and improve their scientific research capabilities has become a problem for many colleges in economics and management.By learning from the advanced experience of the United States,Europe and Japan in the cultivation of scientific research ability of economic and management academic graduate students,it will help Chinese universities to absorb their advanced ideas and experience in the cultivation of scientific research ability of graduate students,and provide enlightenment and reference for Chinese universities to improve the scientific research ability of economic and management academic graduate students.
