摘要
对于研究生科研能力的培养是一个十分复杂的系统工程,应从个人、教师、制度、社会、国际交流等多个层面与角度分析探寻解决途径,这样才能做到策略与方法的科学、有效与合理。
It is a very complex systematic engineering to develop the capability of postgraduates in scientific research. We should analyze and quest for resolutions from several levels and visual angles, such as the individuals, teachers, institutions, society, international exchanges and so on. Only in this way can we make the strategies and methods effective and reasonable.
