摘要
市场经济的快速发展促进了相关教学行业的革新,为各个高校提供了广阔的发展空间,但由于教师团队较不完善导致的教学进度缓慢问题仍屡屡发生,基于上述问题,开展了基于协同创新视域下视觉传达专业教师团队建设的研究。通过转换传统教学理念、提升实践教学意识、完善教师管理制度,修订能力培养计划等方式,分析视觉传达专业教师团队的建设路径。采用鼓励教师挂职教学、引入"校企合作"构建教师交流平台、提倡教师参与专业技能鉴定工作等方式提高教师的专业能力,为高校培养优秀人才提出方向。
The rapid development of market economy has promoted the innovation of relevant teaching industry and provided a broad space for the development of various colleges and universities.However,the slow teaching progress caused by the imperfect teacher team still occurs frequently.Based on the above problems,the research on the construction of visual communication professional teacher team from the perspective of collaborative innovation has been carried out.Through the transformation of traditional teaching ideas,the promotion of practical teaching awareness,the improvement of teacher management system,and the revision of ability training plan,this paper analyzes the construction path of visual communication professional teacher team.We should encourage teachers to join the teaching,introduce"school enterprise cooperation"to build a teacher exchange platform,and encourage teachers to participate in professional skills appraisal to improve teachers’professional ability,so as to put forward the direction for colleges and universities to cultivate excellent talents.
