摘要
针对轴承架加工过程中出现的内孔精度超差问题,进行了原因分析,提出了工艺优化改进措施。经应用验证,改进后工艺方案能够有效控制加工变形,保证加工精度,提高了轴承架加工质量稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of inner hole precision exceeding tolerance in the processing of a bearing frame,the reason was analyzed,and the improvement measures were put forward.The application shows that the improved process scheme can effectively control the processing deformation,ensure the processing accuracy,improve the stability of the processing quality of the bearing frame.
