摘要
以薄壁异形件为研究对象,通过分析加工变形、热变形、振动变形和装夹变形等影响此类零件加工质量的因素,从工艺方案设计、刀具选择、装夹方式选择、刀具路径设计、切削参数选择等方面进行优化和改进,总结出了薄壁异形件加工的具体方法,提高了加工质量。
The research subject is about thin wall and special shape parts,it will analyses the factors that influence the machining quality,such as machining deformation、thermal deformation、vibrant deformation and clamping deformation;It will also optimizes and improves the machining process、 tooling selection、clamping selection、tool path and cutting parameter.And then it sums up the machining method of thin wall and special shape parts,improves the machining quality.
