摘要 研究典型航空薄壁零件工艺刚度的的基础上,对零件刀位置,零件厚度,加工特征及其相互间的壁厚以及加工路径进行数值模拟,得到合理运用零件的刚度可以制定出合理的加工工艺,从而大幅度的减小变形。 It studied a typical airline thin-walled part's own rigidity,and finished numerical simulation for the location of parts machining tool,thickness of part,processing characteristics,machining paths,and their inter-wall thickness.Its own stiffness of part can be used to develop a reasonable processing technology,thus greatly reducing the distortion.
