压电无源贴片式蜂鸣器质量检测工艺设计与研究

摘要 压电式蜂鸣器具有电声转换功能,将压电材料黏贴于金属片上,在压电材料和金属片两端施加额定电压后,蜂鸣器会因为机械变形而发出声响。因具有体积小、灵敏度高、可靠性好的特点,凭借低廉的价格,广泛运用于各种小型电子产品中。以PA-13S-85DB压电无源贴片式蜂鸣器为例,针对蜂鸣器声压设计、制作工艺流程、不良品的分析研究和现场质量管理进行详细的阐述。 The piezoelectric buzzer has the function of electro-acoustic conversion. The piezoelectric material is pasted on the metal sheet. After the rated voltage is applied to the piezoelectric material and the metal sheet, the buzzer will make a sound due to mechanical deformation. Because of its small size, high sensitivity, and good reliability, it is widely used in various small electronic products with a low price. This paper takes the PA-13 S-85 DB piezoelectric passive patch buzzer as an example to elaborate the sound pressure design for the buzzer, production process, analysis and research of defective products and on-site quality management.
