翻车机定位车自动接车设计

摘要 为改变定位车接车一直采用人工操作的传统方式,根据反射型光电管原理和定位车编码器数值逻辑判定原理,设计了一种翻车机定位车自动接车方案,实现了翻车机定位车的自动接车,可避免人员因素和环境因素对人工操作定位车的影响,实现了作业环节智能化、无人化,从而提高作业效率,降低劳动强度,提升操作的安全性。 In order to change the traditional way of picking up positioning vehicle by manual operation.A kind of automatic pickup for positioning vehicle of dumper is designed based on the principle of reflective photoelectric cell and numerical logic judgment of the encoder of positioning vehicle.It achieves the automatic pickup of the positioning vehicle of the dumper,which can avoid the influence of human and environmental factors on the manual operation of the positioning vehicle.Besides,it can achieve intelligent and unmanned operation,so that the operating efficiency can be improved,the reduce labor intensity can be reduced,and the operation safety can be promoted.
