摘要 针对钢筋编组梳丝作业中存在的操作人员多、劳动强度大、自动化程度不高、模具损伤严重、安全保障性差5个主要问题,提出设计制作预应力混凝土轨枕生产线自动梳丝工艺装备。根据自动梳丝工艺装备的设计思路,阐述自动梳丝工装的主要部件及功能和具体实施方案。进一步优化工序,将安放箍筋环节前移至预穿定位块后、钢丝墩头前,有效提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,节约成本。 In view of the five major problems in the process of combing prestressed sleepers,such as too many opera⁃tors,high labour intensity,low degree of automation,serious mold damage and poor security,this paper raises the de⁃sign and manufacture of automatic combing technology equipment for prestressed concrete sleeper production line.According to the design idea of the automatic combing technology equipment,the main parts and functions of the auto⁃matic combing tool and the concrete implementation plan are described.The process is further optimized,and the stir⁃rup step is moved to after pre-penetrating the positioning block but before the steel pier head to effectively improve production efficiency,reduce labour intensity and save costs.
