摘要
目的总总结不同部位对应护理措施快速查询表的制定,以及在烧伤瘢痕整形患者中的临床应用效果。方法 以2019年1月我院设计并应用不同部位烧伤瘢痕整形术后对应护理措施快速查询表为时间点,将2018年1月~12月我院收治的55例烧伤瘢痕整形患者设为对照组,将2019年1月~12月收治的并应用快速查询表指导护理的58例烧伤瘢痕整形患者为观察组,比较两组患者住院时间、并发症发生率、护理满意评分。结果 观察组患者住院时间明显较对照组短,并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理措施的有效性、及时性、合理性、有针对性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 根据不同烧伤部位的护理目的,制定出能够快速查询的护理计划表格,严格按照护理计划实施护理,可有效降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提升护理质量。
Objective Summarize the formulation of quick look-up table of corresponding nursing measures for different parts and the clinical application effect in burn scar patients.Methods Based on the quick query form of the corresponding nursing measures after burn scar surgery in different parts of our hospital designed and applied in January 2019, 55 patients with burn scar surgery admitted in our hospital from January to December 2018 were set as the control group. Fifty-eight patients with burn scar plastic surgery who were admitted from January to December 2019 and used the quick questionnaire to guide nursing were the observation group. The hospitalization time, complication rate and nursing satisfaction score of the two groups were compared.Results The hospital stay of the observation group was signi ficantly shorter than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);The scores are higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion According to the nursing purpose of different burn sites, a nursing plan form that can be quickly queried is formulated, and nursing is strictly implemented according to the nursing plan, which can e ffectively reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the length of hospital stay, and improve the quality of care.
