摘要
目的:研究烧伤瘢痕整形手术患者的临床护理方法与护理效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月于笔者所在医院接受烧伤瘢痕整形手术患者70例,将开展常规护理的35例患者设定为A组,将开展综合护理的35例患者设定为B组。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,B组总有效率为97.14%,护理总满意度为97.14%,均高于A组的80.00%、77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组术后并发症发生率为2.86%,低于A组的17.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对烧伤瘢痕整形手术患者开展综合护理,可有效降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者术后康复,值得在临床上推广运用。
Objective:To study the clinical nursing methods and nursing effect of burn scar plastic surgery.Method:From May 2018 to May 2019,70 patients who received burn scar plastic surgery in our hospital were selected,35 patients who carried out routine nursing were set as the group A,35 patients who carried out comprehensive nursing were set as the group B.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:After nursing,the total effective rate of group B was 97.14%,and the total satisfaction of nursing was 97.14%,which were higher than 80.00% and 77.14% of group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in group B was 2.86%,which was lower than 17.14% in group A,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing for patients with burn scar plastic surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
