摘要
目的探讨针对性用药管理对心血管疾病患者用药问题的影响。方法选取普洱市人民医院2018年5月至2019年5月心血管疾病患者134例,根据用药管理不同进行分组,分为对照组给予常规用药管理和研究组在对照组基础上采用针对性用药管理,各67例。比较两组患者常见用药问题的发生率。结果对照组用药不合理情况发生率41.79%(28/67)高于研究组的11.94%(8/67),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性用药管理能够有效降低不合理用药发生率,提升用药安全性,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted drug administration on drug use in patients with cardiovascular diseases.Method 134 patients with cardiovascular diseases in Puer People's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to different drug administration.The control group was given routine drug administration and the research group was given targeted drug administration on the basis of the control group,67 cases in each group.The incidence of common medication problems was compared between the two groups.Result The incidence of irrational drug use in the control group was 41.79%(28/67)higher than that in the study group 11.94%(8/67),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted drug administration can effectively reduce the incidence of irrational drug use and improve the safety of drug use,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
