摘要
目的:为了避免配药过程中的二次污染,保障临床用药安全。方法:应用自制的一次性使用配液过滤输液器(专利号:201020214054.5)与常规配药法,分别将注射用青霉素钠640万u加入至0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL中,各配置20瓶,对2种方法配制的药液中可见异物和不溶性微粒的检查结果进行对比分析。结果:与常规配药法所配药液比较,应用一次性使用配液过滤输液器所配的药液中可见异物和不溶性微粒数量明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:一次性使用配液过滤输液器可有效提高配药质量,保障临床安全用药。
OBJECTIVE: To avoid secondary pollution during drug dispensary and to ensure the safety of drug use in the clinic. METHODS: Penicillin sodium for injection 6 400 000 u was added into 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL using disposable liquid filter infusion apparatus (patent number: 201020214054.5) and traditional drug dispensary respectively to prepare 20 bottles. The visible impurity and insoluble particles in solution prepared by 2 kinds of methods were analyzed comparatively. RESULTS: Compared with solution prepared by traditional drug dispensary, the visible impurity and insoluble particles in solution which was prepared by disposable liquid filter infusion apparatus decreased significantly (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION: Disposable liquid filter infusion apparatus can improve the quality of drug dispensary to ensure the safety of drug use.
