摘要
目的:分析心血管内科临床用药的常见问题,探讨合理用药的方法。方法:对心血管内科455例患者的临床用药资料进行回顾性分析,分析如何保障心血管内科临床用药的合理性。结果:34例患者出现用药问题,具体问题包括药物使用剂量不合理、抗生素类药物使用不合理、药物配伍不合理、忽视药物禁忌证等。结论:心血管内科临床用药中存在的问题较多,其中以抗生素类药物使用不合理为常见。科室管理人员应加强对科室临床用药的监督。
Objective：To analyze the common problems of clinical medication in cardiovascular medicine,and to discuss the method of rational use of drugs.Methods：The clinical data of 455 patients with cardiovascular medicine were reviewed and analyzed on how to ensure the rationality of clinical medication in cardiovascular medicine.Results：There were 34 cases of medication problems,the specific problems included irrational dosage,unreasonable use of antibiotics,irrational drug compatibility and drug contraindication.Conclusion：There are many problems in the clinical medication of cardiovascular medicine,and the irrational use of antibiotics is common.The administrative staff of the department should strengthen the supervision of the clinical medication.
