摘要
1+X证书制度是新时代职教改革重要制度设计与创新。1+X证书制度是契合类型教育的评价制度、是国家资历框架建设的重要基础、是产教融合、校企合作的精准对接。1+X证书制度与现代学徒制在产教融合校企合作、标准的开发、教师教法教材的改革方面有着本质的契合。1+X证书制度下现代学徒制融合发展,以校企融合,实施校企“双元”育人;以师资融合,打造专兼结合的双导师团队;以课程融合,开发与职业技能等级证书标准相融通的课程资源;以成果融合,实现学习成果的认定、积累和转换。
The“1+X”certificate system is an important system design and innovation for vocational education reform in the new era.The“1+X”certificate system is an evaluation system that fits the type of education,an important foundation for the construction of the national qualification framework,and a precise docking of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.The“1+X”certificate system and the modern apprenticeship system have an essential fit in the integration of industryeducational school-enterprise cooperation,the development of standards,and the reform of teaching materials for teachers.Under the 1+X certificate system,the modern apprenticeship system is integrated and developed,with the integration of school and enterprise,the school enterprise"dual"education should be implemented;with the integration of teachers,a team of full-time and dual mentors should be built;with the integration of courses,the curriculum resources should be developed which are integrated with the vocational skill level certificate standard;with the integration of achievements,the recognition,accumulation and transformation of learning achievements should be realized.
