摘要
高职园林专业群1+X证书体系设计上,应该遵循1+X证书内涵,把握本质与延展关系;遵循岗位需求实际,科学设计X证书种类;遵循职业成长规律,合理设置X证书级次。实践路径上,高职院校应该实施课证融通,重构与1+X证书体系相匹配的课程体系;实施育训结合,创新与1+X证书体系相协调的教学模式;实施引培互助,打造与1+X证书体系相适应的教师队伍;实施硬件改造,建设与1+X证书体系相支撑的实训条件;实施有效监督,创建与1+X证书体系相呼应的评价机制。
During the design of“1+X”certificate system for Landscape Architecture Major in higher vocational colleges,in order to scientifically design the types of X certificate,it is necessary to follow the connotation of“1+X”certificate system,to grasp the relationship between its essence and extension and follow the actual job requirements;in order to set X certificate level reasonably,it is required to follow the rules of career growth.During the implementation,higher vocational colleges have to reconstruct the course system to match the“1+X”certificate system,to innovate the teaching mode to coordinate the“1+X”certificate system;to build a teacher team to fit the“1+X”certificate system;to construct the training conditions to support the 1+X certificate system and to create an evaluation mechanism to meet the 1+X certificate system.
