摘要
目的分析骨瓜提取物治疗活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效。方法选取某院2018年5月~2019年5月接诊的活动期RA患者90例作为本次研究对象,将所有患者按照随机表法分成对照组和试验组,每组各有45例。对照组患者进行常规西药治疗,试验组患者在对照组的基础上联合使用骨瓜提取物注射液治疗,对比两组患者治疗后在疼痛程度(VAS)、晨僵时间、实验室指标方面的变化以及不良反应发生率。结果试验组患者的疼痛程度、晨僵时间、ESR、CRP经治疗皆有好转,且疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论活动期RA患者使用骨瓜提取物注射液治疗,能够缓解患者的临床症状,减少疼痛程度,疗效显著。
Objective To study the effect of bone melon extract on active patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 90 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were divided into study group and control group according to computer random table method.There are 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The patients in the study group were treated with bone melon extract injection on the basis of the control group.The pain level(VAS),morning stiffness time,laboratory parameters and malnutrition were compared between the two groups.The rate of reaction.Results After treatment,patients in the study group The degree of pain was less than that of the control group.The morning stiffness of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ESR and CRP levels of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in active period with the use of bone melon extract injection can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the degree of pain,and the curative effect is remarkable.
