摘要
骨瓜提取物注射液为复方制剂,在治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎、缓解临床症状及促进骨折愈合等方面具较好的疗效。检索文献,骨瓜提取物的不良反应报道近年来日趋增加,但迟发型过敏反应报道少见。本文分析1例骨瓜提取物注射液致迟发型多系统不良反应。
Bone melon extract injection is compound preparations,which is has the good curative effect in the treatment of activerheumatoid arthritis,relieving the clinical symptoms and promoting healing of fracture,etc,.Retrieving literatures,bone melonextract adverse reactions reported increased in recent years,but later anaphylaxis rare reported.In this paper,1case of bonemelon extract injection caused by late onset multiple system adverse reactions was reported.
