摘要
目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助替硝唑片及根管治疗对牙周牙髓联合病变患者牙周指数、X线根尖片征象的影响。方法选取某院牙周牙髓联合病变患者62例(2017年7月~2019年7月),依据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各31例。对照组采用替硝唑片及根管治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用盐酸米诺环素软膏。比较两组治疗前后牙周指数[菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)]、X线根尖片中根尖暗影最大水平直径(X)、最大垂直直径(Y)、牙槽骨吸收的最大水平宽度(L)、最大垂直高度(H)、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组PLI、GI小于对照组,X、Y、L、H大于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助替硝唑片及根管治疗应用于牙周牙髓联合病变患者,能改善牙周健康状况,促进牙周愈合,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment assisted with tinidazole tablets and root canal therapy on periodontal index and X-ray characteristics of the apical radiographs in patients with combined periodontal and pulpal disease.Methods A total of 62 patients with periodontal and endodontic lesions in our hospital were selected(July 2017 to July 2019),according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tinidazole tablets and root canals,and the observation group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment on the basis of the control group.The periodontal index[plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI)],the maximum horizontal diameter(X),maximum vertical diameter(Y),maximum horizontal width(L),and maximum vertical height(H)of the apical shadow in the X-ray apical films,incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,PLI and GI in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,and X,Y,L,and H were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment assisted with tinidazole tablets and root canal therapy in patients with periodontal-endodontic lesions.It can improve periodontal health,promote periodontal healing,and has high safety.
