摘要
在“双高”建设计划推进过程中,高职院校致力于校企共同研制科学规范、国际可借鉴的人才培养方案和课程标准,需要进一步消化吸收国际先进的教育理念,加大成果导向教育(Outcome Based Education)理念对课程改革的指导作用。成果导向教育理念从根本上指向人才培养目标的达成,要求在课程教学中关注学生的学习成效、关注学生的主体地位,这有利于丰富和完善国内主流的高职项目课程或工作过程导向学习领域课程理论。高职院校在课程改革中要树立全面的对“学习成果”的认识,在教育教学各环节贯彻成果导向教育理念,并与实践导向教育理念相结合,形成中国特色的高职课程标准。
In the process of developing high level vocational colleges and professional groups with Chinese characteristics,higher vocational colleges need further digest and absorb advanced international educational concepts,and enhance the guiding role of outcome based education concept in curriculum reform in order to develop scientific and standardized talent training programs and curriculum standards that can be used for reference internationally.The concept of outcome based education lies in the achievement of the goal of talent training and requires attention paid to the learning effect of students and the main position of students in the course teaching,which is conducive to enriching and improving the domestic mainstream higher vocational project-based course or the work process-oriented curriculum.In the curriculum reform of higher vocational colleges,it is required to establish a comprehensive understanding of"learning outcomes",implement the concept of outcome based education in all aspects of education and teaching,and combine it with the concept of practice oriented education to form the curriculum standard with Chinese characteristics.
