摘要
在地面施工定向顺层钻孔对煤层底板含水层进行注浆,将井下防治水工作转移到地面,提高防治水工作开展的安全性系数。根据余吾矿2203回采工作面水文地质以及地层资料,对地面顺层注浆钻孔技术方案进行设计,具体包括钻孔布置、钻孔轨迹、钻孔结构以及钻井液等,并成功实现了沿3号煤层底板第四层灰岩的钻进及注浆、对导水断层的封堵,现场取得较好应用效果。
In the ground construction,the directional layered borehole grouts the coal seam floor aquifer,transfers the underground water pre-vention work to the ground,and improves the safety factor of the water prevention work.According to the hydrogeology and stratigraphic data of the 2203 mining face of Yuwu Mine,the grounding bedding grouting technical scheme was designed,including drilling arrangement,drilling trajectory,drilling structure and drilling fluid,and successfully realized along the 3 The drilling and grouting of the fourth layer of limestone in the coal seam floor and the sealing of the water-conducting fault have achieved good application results on site.
