应用地面定向钻治理煤层陷落柱突水问题 被引量:4

Application of Ground Directional Drilling in Water Inrush Control from Karstic Collapse Columns in Coal Seam

摘要 朱庄煤矿Ⅲ6213工作面在回采过程中发生突水事故,涌水量达到170 m^3/h。分析得出,造成突水的水源为灰岩水,导水通道为陷落柱,但是该出水点位于采空区,由于回采导致底板破坏,井下不具备治理的可行性。因此采用地面定向钻孔技术对陷落柱及其附近区域进行探查,钻孔揭露导水通道后,采用骨料灌注、水泥粉煤灰双浆液高压注浆技术对导水通道进行快速封堵。最后设计探查加固孔既对陷落柱治理效果进行检查,彻底消除突水隐患。经过历时108 d的治理,突水点的涌水量由初期的170 m^3/h减少到治理后的小于5 m^3/h,Ⅲ6213工作面于2014年11月2日安全完成回采,回采期间工作面无出水现象。 The water inrush accident occurred in the Ⅲ6213 working face of Zhuzhuang coal mine and the maximum inflow reached to 170 m^3/h. The analysis shows that limestone water is the source and inrushes through karstic collapse columns. However, the water inrush point is located in the goaf and its coal floor failure limits the use of underground control method. Therefore, ground directional drilling technology is used to investigate the karstic collapse columns and its surrounding area. By means of ground directional drilling and high pressure grouting technology, the underground watercourse is exposed by boreholes and then quickly blocked up with aggregates and cement-flyash mix slurry. At last, several inspection boreholes are designed to check and reinforce the control effect so that the risk of water inrush is completely eliminated. The water inflow of the inrush point reduces from 170 m^3/h to under 5 m^3/h through 108 days′ engineering control. The coal mining in Ⅲ 6213 working face was safely completed in November 2, 2014 and no water inrush occurred during the whole mining process.
